Mopving to Philadelphia in the next 3_4 years i am looking to form
a ceilidh band in or around philly.I have been involved with scottish and
irish music for the last 20 years and have played,recorded or toured with
many of the top bands ie.hte blackrose ceilidh band (of whom i am a regular
member),phil cunningham ally bain the jim malcomb band the old blind dogs
etc i would like to here from fiddle players irish scottish as we would
be playing both a piano player who is good at vamping and can handle the
bass end to (possible some one who has studied jazz (as it is not as easy
as it sounds ) and a drummer who has played possible with a drum corp band
and can understand rudements as well as the hihat.
